Vinification: Fermented in vertical wooden tanks keeping separate the 3 varieties. Aged for 18 months in French Oak Barrel of 300Lt and subsequently 6 months in the bottle.


Cellaring: 1 to 10 years from Vintage


Best Served: 16ºC


ALC: 14,5%
