From Tinazzi family's vineyards in Carosino
Varietal: 100% Primitivo di Mandouria DOP
Viniﬁcation: Pressing and destemming of the grapes with maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26C for 8-12 days. Subsequent gentle pressing and ﬁnally the wine matures in 5-hectolitre French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Cellaring: 5 to 7 years from Vintage
Best Served: 18 ºC, uncorked 1 hour before serving
